his EOI relates to providing services for the demolition of existing infrastructure at these sites and includes:
(a) Provide temporary works design, management plans and procedures to complete the works.

Assets in 66kV, 22kV, 12,7kV, and LV
Relocate Overhead: New Utility Infrastructure will be constructed overhead that replaces the functionality of the infrastructure in conflict with the works. The new Utility will follow a new alignment and the existing will be abandoned or removed.

Relocate Underground: New Utility Infrastructure will be constructed underground that replaces the functionality of the
infrastructure in conflict with the works. The new Utility will generally follow a new alignment and the existing will be abandoned or removed.

Replace Pole: New poles (generally higher) will be constructed on the existing alignment with conductors connected to the new poles. The new Utility will follow the existing alignment.

This EOI relates to the provision of the following services for the purpose of the Inland Rail Project:

- Video logging of existing pavement conditions prior to project
commencement
- Receiving booking requests from property owners wishing to accept
the offer of property condition surveys and book inspections
- Keeping a log of the property owner contact details and providing the
list to MCD
- Undertaking property condition surveys which will form the basis of
assessments of any structural damage to buildings due to contractor
operations
- Preparing reports to provide to property owners and MCD
- Performing inspections in the event a property owner feels that their
property has been damaged by the construction work

Companies shall demonstrate they possess the capability / skill requirements to perform the above requirements.

McConnell Dowell seek expressions of interest (EOI) from service providers with the capability and capacity to supply labour hire services to the Project.

The service provider shall be able to supply a wide selection of candidates (including local / indigenous candidates) that may include:

- Blue collar workers - including labourers and machine operators
- White collar workers - including office administrators

Project sites where labour hire services will be required include Barnawartha, Wangaratta, Glenrowan, Seymour and other various sites throughout the North East Rail Line rail corridor (Victoria).

This EOI relates to arborist consulting advice (Lv 5) including, but not limited to:

- Tree identification and impact assessments
- Lopping, pruning and removal guidance advice
- Recommendations for management of trees on site and post
construction including guidance on installation of controls
- Tree health assessments
- Reporting to the satisfaction of McConnell Dowell and ARTC

Installation of Timelapse cameras - and their subsequent uninstallation (ongoing maintenance and repair as required) at each enhancement site listed above for promotional and reporting purposes of the Project. Preferably, technology provided will be made available for ongoing monitoring throughout the project through ap based or cloud-based technology. High quality resolution mandatory.

Each enhancement site will vary in its proposed length of installation, with some sites requiring shorter installation timeframes.

This EOI relates to the provision of short and long-term traffic management ongoing requirements of the project. Companies shall demonstrate they possess the capability to supply and/or install signage in various sizes and locations. In addition, provide Traffic Guided Systems and long-term Traffic Management plans.

Project sites where we will require traffic management will include Barnawartha, Wangaratta, Glenrowan, Seymour and other various sites throughout the North East Rail Line rail corridor (Victoria).

This EOI relates to the provision of the following services for the purpose of the Inland Rail Project:

- Manufacture and/ or supply of bridge bearings and expansion joints

Companies shall demonstrate they possess the capability / skill requirements to manufacture and deliver these components.

This EOI relates to the supply of PPE&C to the main enhancement sites / offices on the project. The supplier will also be required to embroider and print logos as required.

The following rail-approved PPE&C will be required:

- High-visibility work shirts (rail approved shade of orange, H-tape
pattern on back, greyscale logos)
- High-visibility 5-in-1 work jackets (rail approved shade of orange, H-
tape pattern on back, greyscale logos)
- High-visibility work vests (rail approved shade of orange, H-tape pattern
on back, greyscale logos)
- Trousers (navy coloured, reflective tape hoops around the pants)
- Safety boots (steel capped, high ankle support, wheat coloured)
- General personal protective equipment (PPE) items (hard hats,
clear/smoke protective eyewear, earbuds, gloves, sunscreen, brimmed
hats, etc.)

This EOI relates to the preparatory works required to support the set up and effective running of site Security including roaming security guards and CCTV installation.

Project sites are located within Barnawartha, Wangaratta, Glenrowan, Seymour and other various sites throughout the North East Rail Line rail corridor.

The contractor shall have a selection of appropriate equipment to allow for these installations and must carry all appropriate licences.

McConnell Dowell are seeking expressions of interest from businesses with the capability and capacity to install drainage products including:

- drainage pits (grated pits, junction pits and side entry pits)
- headwalls
- pipes manufactured from: High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Reinforced concrete, and Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC)
- reinforced concrete box culverts

McConnell Dowell are seeking expressions of interest from businesses with the capability and capacity to manufacture and/or supply drainage pipes manufactured from.

- High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and/or
- Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC).

Prospective suppliers will be required to demonstrate they possess all relevant documentation and certificates demonstrating conformance with the Australian Standards.

McConnell Dowell are seeking expressions of interest from prospective suppliers with the capability and capacity to manufacture and/ or supply precast concrete:

- Bridge parapets for the Green Street Bridge at Wangaratta, Glenrowan Beaconsfield Parade Bridge and Seymour Avenel Road Bridge.

- T-Beams for the Seymour Avenel Road Bridge, and

- Bridge planks for the Glenrowan Beaconsfield Parade Bridge Superstructure.

This EOI relates to the preparatory works required to support the set up and effective running of supplying waste and recycling bins for the Wangaratta office, as well as the supply of waste and recycling hook lift bins and Roll-on-roll-off bins (RORO) for each enhancement sites for separated Construction and Demolition materials.

All materials are to be hauled and disposed of at a lawful place.

All material disposed of MUST be recorded and reported to MCD at the end of each month in separate waste and recovered resource streams.

Project sites are located within Barnawartha, Wangaratta, Glenrowan, Seymour and other various sites throughout the North East Rail Line rail corridor.

The contractor shall have a selection of appropriate equipment to allow for these installations and must carry all appropriate licences.

This EOI relates to providing services for the assessment and removal of asbestos and/or potential asbestos containing Materials (PACM).

Delivery requirements include:

- Assessment of asbestos contaminated material (ACM)
- Assessment of removal or remediation of ACM/PACM
- Manual and/or mechanical removal of ACM
- Remediation of ACM/PACM material
- Provision of clean fill certificate/s
- Provision of disposal certification
